Accessing our store, submitting an order or contacting us means accepting these terms and the related policies provided alongside them.

Use the service lawfully; fraud, unauthorized access, attacks and disruptive or abusive activity are prohibited. Product information is intended to be accurate, although packaging, color and screen appearance can reasonably differ.

An order is an offer to buy, not an unconditional acceptance. We may refuse, limit or cancel it for inventory, payment, address, fraud, pricing, content-error or policy reasons.

Checkout shows or calculates prices, taxes, shipping charges and payment authorization. Delivery estimates and carrier-related risks are addressed in the Shipping Policy; statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns and refunds follow the Refund Policy, including its 30-day request window and 10-day refund processing after approval. Content and design may not be used in ways that infringe intellectual-property rights.

Any liability limitation applies only as far as law permits and cannot remove non-excludable rights. We may revise terms when our operations, services or obligations change.
