Shipping Policy

Physical orders from our store follow the handling and delivery terms below.

We normally prepare orders in approximately 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transport takes 3–5 business days; neither interval is a guaranteed deadline.

Checkout determines delivery charges and whether a free-shipping option applies to your cart and destination. Carrier coverage, product dimensions, legal restrictions and address eligibility can limit service.

Please enter the correct mailing address, email and phone number when ordering; changes requested after fulfillment starts may not be possible. Tracking information follows carrier updates, which may appear later than label creation.

Report a delayed, missing, damaged or marked-delivered parcel with your order number, checkout email and tracking reference. Check the delivery location and ask anyone who may have accepted the parcel; provide photos of damage and packaging where relevant so we can investigate with the carrier.
